Dr. Arbo and staff are super caring and kind. Dr. Arbo takes his time to listen to all of your concerns and doesn't rush you in and out. He takes the time to respond to all your fears that you didn't mention, with assuring answers, so you have some peace of mind. He loves on your babies and takes great care of them and the parents during the visit. So thankful we found him, and closer to home to boot!

We are new to the practice. Unfortunately our pups prognosis wasn't ideal. The Dr and support staff were wonderful to our dog. They sat on the floor and talked to him. I felt like that put him at ease. Planning for potential end of life care Ashley and Brianna have been wonderfully patient in answering all the questions and making recommendations. So yes at any stage this is where I'd want a furry loved one to be. They need to feel safe and welcome and Rivers Edge definetly does just that. Thanks everyone.

Much love and appreciation to all the staff at rivers edge. My baby Lola was pregnant and last baby got stuck. The doctor had a busy schedule and made time to take our baby in for an emergency c-section to get the last baby out for such an amazing price, all while dealing with the hectic storm about to hit. Lola girl and her 5 puppies are as healthy as could be. Highly recommended!!

My dog was on his second day of having diarrhea. Called on Friday to see if he could get in (we have been to this practice before and on our first visit got in within a couple of days). She said they were overbooked and asked if we had been there before. I said yes he had and she ran back to check to see if he could be fit in and came back and said no.Totally understood, hard to be seen day of so I said if he still has diarrhea then how about Monday and she said no, they are actually booked out for 2 to 2 1/2 weeks and that’s when I could get in. She told me to take him to the ER vet. This was not an emergency, just a normal sick visit. I’m wondering, wouldn’t you hold spots for sick dogs…certainly not all of your clients can wait over 2 weeks? I completely understand being busy and maybe I’m assuming too much or maybe if I was a more regular customer I would have been fit in? maybe other people have had better luck getting there sick dog in….but 2 weeks? Just disappointing and I guess I’ll have to find a new vet that can get a sick dog in within a reasonable amount of time. This is not a knock necessarily against Dr. Arbo, and it’s great he is busy, but I need a vet who can see my dog when they are sick.

I’ve never been to a vets office that cares for not only the fur babies but also the parents and so caring. Me and my dad went to put our family cat down and they were amazing and let us take our time. Dr arlo is amazing thank u guys so much for being with us and being so amazing.
