I really loved Dr.Williams. She was great with our goats and other livestock but today they really messed up. I called at 7:41 am with a real emergency, 2 hours later no vet and a dead animal. What kind of vet that offers emergency services thinks that 2 hours is an acceptable timeframe. Then tried to say they told me it would be that long. If they made it clear that was the case I would have called someone else instead of letting my animal die waiting on a vet that wasn’t even coming!!! Very disappointed in the way the handle emergencies, maybe they just shouldn’t offer the service if they aren’t going to take it seriously and show up.

This reviewer expressed great satisfaction in finding Ridge Haven for all their goat, llama, pig, and farm dog needs.

However, another customer shared a significantly negative experience regarding their emergency services. They reported calling at 7:41 AM for a real emergency involving their livestock but did not receive a vet's assistance for two hours, resulting in the death of their animal. This customer expressed extreme disappointment in the handling of emergencies, questioning the seriousness of the offered service and the long response time. They take great care of my goats. I have to drive 50 min to get there, but the staff is worth it.
