RWV is one of the best vets I've ever had. They have full, competent, and responsive staffing supporting the whole operation who are all very helpful. You can definitely tell they care about your animal and creating the best treatment plan/lifestyle adjustments for them without necessarily trying to kill your wallet. Not just rendering services paid like other places. My vet bill went from "i don't know how I'm going to afford this.... how did this become 16 lines" to "Oh, that's pretty affordable and understandable!" and care improved both in personalization and quality, so I'm happy.

The doctors and staff here are so kind and compassionate! Our cat has never been nervous here and the staff always gives him treats, pats, and compliments galore. A real gem of a vet hospital!

I’ve had my pittie babies for 14 years and had awful vets experiences at every vet I ever tried. I just assumed that was par for the course. After another not great experience I decided to switch again. I cannot sing to the praises of Dr. Merrill and her staff more. They’re so professional and gracious and all around the best. I’ve been treated so good as well as my babies. I’ve recently adopted a bulldog and they’ve helped me make sure he’s had the best care possible. Honestly, the bedside manner, the follow up and the clear love that goes into our fur babies is so amazing I will keep coming here forever. Thanks so much Renton west! Update: Been coming for the last two years and everything is amazing can’t sing to their praises more. I’ve brought 3 new babies home and they’re so good to us!

Incredible staff. Our pup is intensely reactive to other animals, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure he’s safe, comfortable, and well-loved.

Dr. Merrill and the entire team at Renton West are the absolute best! We've had our cat since he was super little and Renton West has always gone above and beyond to help take care of him, answer all of our questions (even the crazy ones from this anxiety-fueled cat mom), and do so always with a smile and kind words. As someone who previously worked at a different clinic years ago, not everyone in veterinary care are the nicest or most caring, but the team at Renton West prove every day that they all love animals and want to see them thrive and happy.
