It's sad how rude people are ,they are suppose to be professional. Companionate.i waslooking for a place to put my kids and kids dads dog down. She said do you bring your here I said no ma'am I'm ....., she cut me off talking over me saying well we don'tso that unless. I said ma'am I was asking a question. Very respectfully. She said well I answered it and I'm letting you know what you wanted to know. I just said I hope u have a wonderful day I appreciate you being so kind and caring taking a moment to listen. And hung up ,very RUDE

I've been a technician and receptionist at very busy veterinary hospitals myself and no matter how busy you may be, you should ALWAYS be treating clients with respect and answer the phone with a smile willing to help. Even if you're busy and stressed out there is a polite way to explain that to someone without cutting them off multiple times.
