The office is clean and inviting. The staff is caring and professional. They are patient, accommodating, flexible and very communicative. They are so good to us and our furbabies. They all seem to be doing 10 different things at once yet the office runs smoothly and they're so calm and kind. Not sure what we would do without them. Bear and Ava Storm say hi 😊

Great experience from setting up appointment for rogues spade operation, for the price of $300 for a 50lb female canine you will never find a place that has that price label, they even did her nails and gave her a vaccination for rabies and a free cone to keep her from gnawing on the surgical incision point where stitches have been utilized to secure the entry and exit point of her reproductive organs. Rogue had no absolutely no complaints with the professionalism of the staff at this animal preventive clinic said they treated her like the princess she is talked to her loved on her then put am interesting mask over her snout that made her sleep like a champ. Everything after that was a blur to her. The only complaint rogue had was why the hell I took her there and left her there for hours. Just wait till her mind clears up enough to realize she has shared fur on her underside and stitching that she wishes she could get to with her teeth. If I can trust my little girl here with these amazing people rest assured every one else can trust them too with their well trained professional staff. You can trust them with your pocket book too there prices are amazing for general preventive diagnostic procedures and treatments. If you compare to other places you will wish they would offer a price match. Thank you pet health of michiana for making it more affordable for me to do the right thing by my service dog rogue by getting her spaded, now she will have a happier and healthier life thanks to you guys.

Their site says an exam is 30 dollars with vaccines and an office call of 10 dollars, and I called and was told that was the price. We went and they charged us 40 dollars for the exam and 15 dollars for an office call. I tried to ask them about it and dispute it and they said they don’t care, prices can change at any time. They also told me my dog would get the 3 year rabies, but only gave him a 1 year rabies. They are a horrible company, they lie, and only care about money. Not your pet.

My father is currently in hospice care with limited time left. He and my mother are unable to care for their 15 year old cat at this point. The cat continuously defecates all over the house. Truly leaking fecal matter on an all day basis. My parents requested the cat be put down, an appointment they have been putting off for a while. At this appointment, the cat arrived covered in poop as she had gone to the bathroom in the car. I was told by the vet tech that the cat could not be put down because “she is healthy and happy”. I was then lectured about how I was doing this out of convenience and I needed to make more of an effort to reach out to rescue groups. The tech said, “if you had time to make this appointment and bring her in to end her life, you have time to make a few phone calls.” At this point I had already explained the situation with my father and that the cat is not healthy. We never had the opportunity to be seen by, or even speak with the actual vet, which is concerning to me. We were never offered a list of recommended places or any further suggestions. I was simply berated. On our way out this tech also stated, “I am sorry to hear about her owner,” with more empathy toward the cat than me, the actual person preparing to lose her father any day now. I firmly believe emotional intelligence training is needed for at least one member of this team, and the vet should have stepped in to at least evaluate the situation.Thankfully, this cat is back home, lying in a pile of her own feces, living her happy healthy life.
