They spayed one of my TNR cats, Beatrice. 4 stars only because check in took almost a full hour. Customer service was otherwise good. They got us in quickly on a cancellation and provided good quality veterinary care at an affordable price. Beatrice healed up beautifully, and was more traumatized by the car ride than her actual visit. Bea ended up being too sweet to release, so she's off to rescue to find her forever home. Very grateful to Planned Pethood for helping expedite her rehoming process. The attached photo is from a week ago, today she barely even has a scar.

I have taken a few of the stray cats in my neighborhood there to get fixed, because they do the TNR program there which is amazing. Other than the traffic getting there, I had no issues what so ever. Staff are friendly, place looks clean. I will definitely be bringing more kitties in the future.

Easy experience for puppy shots. Check in and they come grab your pup and take him to the back room, then bring him back out. My only qualm was not being back there with him but I also understand it is probably easier on the staff. Will use again for the quickness, easiness and affordability of shots.

My 12 year old German Shepherd was near death with sepsis and turned away at another vet hospital because the treatment was going to be thousands of dollars. The next day I brought him to Planned Pethood where they gave him 500ml of sub cut saline and a supply of oral meds. We were then able to treat him successfully at home. Total cost was $300. (Photo is 6 days after visiting Planned Pethood.)

I had a great experience taking my pet here. They were very kind and compassionate with regards to my pets surgery. They took the time to explain a lot regarding after care.
