Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Sandy Springs

We have had the best experience with everyone at Petfolk. Our 2 dogs needed a new vet. They were especially wonderful with our one dog that is very anxious. We are so pleased with them & definitely recommend them.

We found Petfolk in Sandy Springs (right next to Roasters) when our established and long-time veterinarian Dr. Hayley Grove moved to the Petfolk office. We had a tooth extraction and cleaning done just last week for our cat Elwood. Every vet tech we interacted with was personable and answered all the questions we came up with; they were efficient and ran everything on time. Dr. Grove has been our vet for over a decade and we trust her with all our fur babies. She has a gentle and caring manner and is well-versed in all aspects of the care and feeding and well-being of cats. I'm sure she's more than capable with all other pets, too. (A dog mom referred me to Dr. Grove.) Follow up: after Elwood's dental surgery, the office checked on him over the weekend to make sure he was doing well and offered additional medications, if they were needed. We like that Petfolk is open 7 days a week and has after-hours support via online chat or telephone.

Firstly, I’m a college student so of course my funds are limited most times. My new kitty Tom has had stomach issues for a long time and they were so informative, kind, and flexible with his treatment plan. I had to a wait a while to see the doctor, which kinda sucked because I had class, but it was worth the wait due to how thorough and nice they were. Tom is usually shy with new and he was freaking out in the car, but he was so calm with the vets, and he was so chill on the ride back. I left with the medication he needed and prescriptions i could pick up when i was able to afford them! Not only that they keep checking up on him to make sure he's handling everything okay, even texting me! This will be our spot :) excited to raise him with trustworthy and caring professionals.

I’ve been a longtime client of Dr Grove ever since she opened her veterinary practice in Sandy Springs. Now that she’s with Petfolk Sandy Springs, I followed her up there with my new puppy named.WYMAN. Dr Grove and her assistant CALLIE Are the finest kind of veterinarian professionals you could ever find on the planet. They are the absolute most caring vet practitioners that I’ve ever met. She does not push medications or procedures on you that you do not want. Highest recommendations and you won’t be disappointed.

The entire staff at Petfolk are very compassionate and patient with even the most difficult pets. The veterinarians never rush through the appointments and spend whatever time is needed to make my anxious, spicy cat Lady feel comfortable. They have managed to make vet visits tolerable for her!
