They have no idea what they are doing. I needed blood work done. When you have thyroid problems and you need blood work done with in a time limit they should know. They made me wait 30 minutes and then my dogs time was up. (The blood work has to be preformed within a time period.) they told me to go somewhere else. Go somewhere else that’s what you tell people. Unbelievable will never go there again…

The veterinarians at vetco are awesome the receptionist Jasmine is just the opposite , as a small business owner I would never have Jasmine picking up my phone and being completely rude to paying customers especially paying customers that are loyal and always come back I would fire her in a heartbeat if I own vetco , she needs to take a lesson IN being courteous over the phone and she also needs to learn who the PLAYING customer is. AND AS I SAID BEFORE JASMINE I WOULD NEVER HIRE YOU !!

Very nice staff I really needed information about my dog’s microchip and all the answers I got were from other places were very broad but the girl here scanned it for me and helped me find what I needed and answered all my questions
