Pet Express Animal Hospital

Pet Express has been amazing at taking care of my dogs. Currently my dog was diagnosed with a Heart Condition and is on s lot of medication and has needed emergency care to be placed on Oxygen. Pet Express has been caring and compassionate, and Andy has gone over and above taking care of my pup, he is a true Rick star. The front desk staff to the doctors I can’t say enough about the care and treatment. I left my long time Vet of many years because the care is far superior, Dr. Benipal is amazing.

Amazing amazing staff and service!! I’m super excited I found this wonderful place for my pets :) First visit is free definitely worth it!! includes walk ins and emergencies but if you need additional services that’s where your bill is going to rack up which you can deny the additional services.

I do not recommend Pet express to anyone at all. I've never had such a horrible experience in the 48 years of owning dogs and cats. I've never needed to leave them in a kennel so who better then your Vet. I had a sudden death in the family and needed someone to make sure they were OK. I dropped them off with food harnesses which they told me they had their own so they returned mine 4 cans of soft ground food and a bag of dry food. I called that evening and the next day Dory the one watching over them told me they were fine well behaved. No problems. I get there on the third day I got there early so had to wait in the parking lot my tint is dark they couldn't see me in my car I watch the girl walk my dogs just with the leash wrapped around their neck not a harness they are small dogs their trach can get damaged walking them without a harness if they pull or are pulled it chocks them. Sure enough I heard my younger one gasping for air she was so cruel didn't even give them space between each other to find a place to do their business 2 minutes later she's yanking them back in! I bit my tongue went in they take your money ahead of time no shit they bring me my dogs they run to me shaking I get all my food I brought back I'm thinking wtf you can't change my dogs food over night it'll throw them into stomach problems and the runs. Still kept my tongue bit I'm Latin so I've learned to control my temper I get them in the car and they both have blisters on their nose. Again I've had dogs my entire life and I had never seen this I call ask to speak to the kennel area the girl said when she fed them they were nudging the food bowl and went on to explain they had to put a towel to keep them from pushing the bowl out of the cage. Again another wtf moment! I asked for my their medical records and was told a manager would get back to me 3 weekslater zi still havent heard. I had called my original vet Dr. Stone Pasadena lakes animal clinic made an appointment took them in immediately he lost it and questioned the food which I never got an answer and he told me any trained proffesional kennel assistant should have known immediately when they nudged the bowl to pick it up immediately he questioned what kind of bowl I had not asked I called from Dr. Stones office and was told medal bowls he couldn't believe her response again that they had put a towel to block them from pushing the bowl out. His heart broke when he saw their nose and weighed them when I took them in the day before they needed their shots updated 800.00 later they weighed 12 and 10 lbs 3 days later at Dr Stones they weighed 8 lbs each so no they did not eat for 48 hours. I am retaining an attorney not for the money ive never sued anyone. But because I don't want anyone else's baby to go through what mine were put through. Do your yourselves a favor Dr. Stone is cheaper and a great veterinarian he sometimes has space to board them if not he has fully trained professionals he can recommend. This is unacceptable in any situation spare your animals and stay away from this clinic dog a 5 year old can do better then these so called animal hospitals.

This is our second visit! The Dr. was amazing and the staff as well. They all were very understanding and cared about both my baby and I as I was a nervous wreck. They provide you with a great service they sent me all the medical records on time and what I love the most is how nice they were all with us. Thank you guys you are a great team!

Our visit to Pet Express was marked by professionalism from everyone who helped us even since calling them on the phone. I was extremely concerned after Abby had swallowed something she shouldn’t have so we took her to to Pet Express, a tech checked her immediately. All told it hadn’t even been fifteen minutes from when we walked in the doors that the doctor on call was giving her an exam. I’m so grateful that the staff here was able to make sure she was alright.
