I took 3 cane corsos for ear crops. The office staff & vet tech had very lengthy conversations with me and had me send pics so I would have the exact crops I wanted. Then the actual vet who did the procedure met with me, spoke with me in detail about each dog and went over what crop was desired. All three dogs exceeded my expectation. These are the best crops I have seen on a cane and this is just one day post surgery. I highly recommended PAWS!

I'm taking this time to ask if anyone else has any recommendations for a vet. We will not be going back there. I thought they were supposed to take care of animals. This place use to be awesome, but I don't know if they are under new management or what happened.

First experience with just the vet tech was great. However our kitten was sent home without pain management after her surgery. When we asked about it the VERY condescending woman up front told us after speaking over me that they decided for us that our kitten was “probably going to be fine without it.” Would’ve appreciated if there was literally ANY discussion of this before they disregarded my paperwork where we requested it for her. She was also rude to my partner when he went for pickup, and sidelined him for another person while he was asking her a question. Do not recommend.

My Rottweiler had a c-section here on November 23rd. She was severely burned on her back during the c-section due to negligence of staff and the vet. I was never told that she was burnt during the c-section. As a day or so progressed, her hair began to fall out and begin to ooze. This was very alarming. We never got to speak to the vet that day. There was also a staff member who was under the influence. She was struggling to keep her eyes open and slurring while talking to me. She told me the puppies were "just sitting in a box back there" while waiting for mama dog to wake back up from the surgery. She went to get my puppies and two were not responsive. I had to stimulate them the entire drive. Per management, staff is with the puppies at all times but my experience says differently. Per another vet office (who is now treating the severe burn), my mama dog was also placed on a low dose of NSAIDS that is not appropriate for her weight. I would not trust this facility. They are not proactive and appear to care more about numbers/money than caring for animals. PAWS refuses to be held accountable for this or admit their negligence. I was told many inconsistencies while speaking with the manager. I absolutely would not trust these people for major surgeries and/or treatment.

Sadly, after taking my sister's sick 6 month old cat to the vet, we were told she has FIP (feline infectious peritonitis) and was declining fast. The only suggestion was to euthanize her before it got worse and paralyzed her, inevitably leading her to death. We made an appointment with PAWS and they were so sensitive and kind with servicing us throughout the process. They even went out of their way to sign a sentimental card and send it to us, little things like that let you know businesses like this actually care about their customers. Thank you, PAWS Staff ❤
