I bring 8 animals here , call early, arrive early, drive over a hour to get there, never give any problems, the vets here are amazing , great service, compassionate, understanding aswell as thorough , but throughout the last 3 years of me bringing my animals here the front desk women are rude! Specifically 2 women that have worked there the whole time, they immediately put you on hold for 5+ minutes (no big deal) and are rude the entire time in person or over the phone . What actually prompted me to make this review is i had A really nice GIRL (emphasis on young girl ) help me today at the desk and it made me realize how unnecessarily rude the other women are. They’ve been working there for so long i doubt They’ll do anything about it. But this isn’t the first review where the front desk is the only negative and i feel It won’t be the last.

First off whoever i spoke to today was very rude, maybe newer employee? They have always been nice. Second evidently If you haven't brought in pet for last few years they will no longer accept them.. this must be new rules for 2025.. seeing as I was just there last week with my other pet and no problem getting that appointment even though they hadn't been there for a few years. but denied me for pet i tried to make appointment for today. So guess I need to Find a new vet clinic.. this one don't like to make money.

Only vet around here that has experience on Old English Bulldogs. Prices are fare. Went there today because Abby has something going on with her back legs.

I have lost 2 dogs in the last few mths. One was euthanasized in Rantoul. I took another this morning to be spayed in Paxton. I called to check on my dog after surgery this afternoon. They were obviously busy, as long as I was on hold. Sue ended up helping me. Put me back on hold to check on my baby herself. Also checked on my other dogs remains and paw print. The pawprint may not have been done, that I paid for. Nothing can be done now. But she was very apologetic and found out after calling Rantoul myself, had reached out to them as well. She called me back and apologized and updated me. I hate I didn't get the print, but I just wanted to applaud Sue after reading the front desk reviews. Sue is great and definitely deserves the recognition!
