PawSteps Veterinary center is probably the best place I have taken my dogs. I have had dogs all my life and been to many vets and theses people have been the best. Their admins, vet techs and their vets all sincerely care. It’s just just a part of their job it’s part of their life. I will not go anywhere else. Give them a try you will not be disappointed !

Dr. Sawyer sees the dogs at the rescue so it only made sense that we continue care with them since Holly knows them. We had to go to the vet for an issue not too long after we adopted her and we are SO happy with the care she received. The ladies at the front desk greeted us and Holly with such care! You really felt welcomed there. The waiting area was also very clean which I appreciated! We then met with Dr. Altobelli and the tech, Erica. They were both incredibly nice to us and Holly, and explained everything. Pricing was fair, as well! I like to think Holly was happy as well because she got all the pets and got to eat wet food while they examined her! As a small business owner, I truly appreciated the care we received because it’s the kind of care that I give to my clients. They went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more grateful for them! It’s a bonus that they’re also 2 minutes from our house. It was meant to be!

Oct 20, 2022 · Kaitlyn LeeAfter taking my pets here for 11+ years (3 cats and 1 dog), I had ignored multiple red flags and warnings from others regarding this practice. I received a call from a staff member requesting to have my dog seen biannually. When I stated that this was unnecessary, this staff person stated that Dr. Sawyer required it for my dogs thyroid problem. This was news to me. After reviewing his last labs from his previous visit, there was no indication of a thyroid problem. I quietly looked for another vet, but Pawsteps saw a post on Facebook (to which I never mentioned anything about them) where I was looking for recommendations of local vets. This started some sort of very unprofessional blame game email war, where it was my fault that his employees miscommunicated diagnoses, and I should have asked to speak with a supervisor. They even copied their emails into my pets medical records. My new vet (who wasn't accepting new clients at the time) took us on and stated that she couldn't believe how far this was taken. The picture attached was of a biopsy of a small lump. When I arrived to pick up my dog, Dr. Sawyer mentioned that the lump was deeper than he had initially thought 😳. As you can see, this incision was extremely large.

You told me he was aggressive and trying to bite everyone when he was just puppy and loved the vet. You did something back there. 2. He was six months old and you said he needed surgery on ONE BABY TOOTH. You called mid surgery and said they were ADULT teeth and you had to take out 3. I would never have said yes to the surgery if I knew you were taking out adult teeth and that it turns out the surgery was NOT needed. ABSOLUTELY awful. My dog hates the vet now and he does not go near anyone in scrubs. I will never let anyone I know bring their dog / animals here.
