Today was my first experience here, and it definitely won't be the last. I brought my Service Animal in here, suffering from anxiety after being shot by 2 9mm rounds while in Kentucky and had acupuncture today. From the time we walked in, till the second we left, it felt welcoming and very helpful. You can tell the women here have HUGE caring hearts and want your fur babies to feel better. If you live in Winter Haven and are looking for an absolutely AMAZING place for your fur babies, then LOOK NO FURTHER!!! This is where you should be bringing your loved ones. Can't wait until the next acupuncture treatment. Thank you, everyone, for making my Princess Remi feel better.

I would highly recommend using Paw Haven as your local vet! We’ve been bringing our dog Kevin there for the past 8 months or so and each time he loves it. Their staff is very nice and the doctors do a great job handling our pet!

I can’t express enough gratitude for the team at Paw Haven. They got us in on short notice and provided the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional care for my pup during an incredibly difficult time. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and handled the situation with such empathy. They are truly angels on earth. Vet tech Faith was so amazing, she was so empathetic, informative and showed us such care. They were able to get us in right away when my dog took a turn for the worst. Dr. Sutton was so fantastic truly such a wonderful human being, he was so charismatic and thorough. They did all the tests necessary and were completely transparent. They were so helpful with financing and understanding.
