I’m a first time cat mom, and I am enjoying the kitten experience so much more thanks to Partners. They truly live up to the name - I feel so much better knowing that there is a team I can turn to when my little guy is feeling under the weather. Kitten life means some sneezes and upset stomachs and the team is so kind, helpful, and patient with all my questions. From fitting us in for last minute appointments, to answering questions over the phone and email, to following up with us after our visits, this team works so hard to help Halloumi feel his best and I’m so grateful. Everyone from the front desk staff (shoutout to Justin and Paige) to the nurses (shoutout to Vanessa) and Dr. Sharpe are delightful to work with.

Partners animal hospital truly is the best animal hospital in Chicago. They were able to effectively communicate policies, procedures, before/after care and above all else cost for my cat’s surgery. I cannot stress enough how well they communicated with me and answered all my endless questions. They were kind and respectful with not only me but my cat as well. From Chalulu and I, we thank you.

Wow. This clinic really knows how to make the pet and the owner feel welcome and loved. It was our first time at this clinic and the front desk staff made a really cute board, welcoming our dog Ruth. And had a spot for her to pose for pictures. Most people working in vet clinics love animals and what they do, and it’s usually very evident. This place takes it to a whole new level.

I am incredibly grateful for the experience I had at Partners. As someone with a disability and a service dog, it is crucial that I have a veterinary clinic that understands and is willing to accommodate my unique needs and the moment we walked in I knew Partners was it. Just sitting in the waiting room it was clear the staff was not just knowledgeable, but also deeply committed to disability awareness and inclusivity and that their main goal was to provide the best individualized care possible for their clients and patients. Everyone I interacted with showed effort to ensure that my dog felt comfortable and safe during our visit and their patience and gentle handling demonstrated a clear commitment to the well-being of their patients and knowledge of animal behavior. This level of awareness and care went far beyond the waiting room. I don’t think I knew what it felt like to trust your vet until I met Dr. Keene. It was evident that she was dedicated to getting to the root of our issue, rather than just applying a temporary fix, and her open-mindedness and willingness to educate me about all aspects of my dog's health was especially appreciated because my independence and safety is heavily reliant on my dogs health and well-being. She was incredibly knowledgeable and personable—answering all my questions with patience and clarity. I wholeheartedly recommend Partners Animal Hospital South Loop to anyone seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and inclusive veterinary team. Their dedication and comprehensive care sets them apart, making every visit a positive and reassuring experience.

We love Partners Animal Hospital South Loop!! Everyone who works there is SO kind. It's always a delight to speak with the front desk, the vet techs are so comforting and helpful, and Dr. Keene is wonderful. They are great at supporting doggies who get a little nervous at the vet and really do their best to make everyone feel at home. The exams are thorough, they take the time to explain everything, and overall I've been so pleased with the level of care.
