We had an awful scare with our sweet boy Ollie. All of a sudden he couldn’t walk or move and we had no idea why. The staff at Parkway were amazing, they not only saved our baby’s life but were so great to work with. We admitted him overnight and they kept us updated every single step of the way. We are so grateful and would definitely go back (although we hope we never have a reason to). Ollie came home smiling, and it was clear he got lots of hugs and attention while he was being cared for. Thank you to all the staff who helped care for Ollie!

The attention I received was exceptional. They promptly provided the appropriate medication for my dog, who had undergone surgery the previous day and was unwell. Within ten minutes, they diagnosed her condition and administered intravenous fluids, vitamins, pain medication, and medication to stimulate her appetite. The service was remarkable, and within a few hours, she showed significant improvement and was able to eat the following morning. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff for their exceptional assistance and professionalism during a time when I was uncertain about my dog's condition due to the limited information provided by the previous veterinary clinic that performed her surgery. The staff here provided me with reassurance, accurately diagnosed her condition, and effectively addressed her needs. I am truly grateful for their expertise and compassion.

We were sent to Parkway from a pet store that cut our dog when they were grooming him. He received excellent care. The staff was extremely nice. The building was clean and didn’t smell stinky like pets. The vet explained what needed to be done and answered all of our questions. I felt very safe having them take care of my baby. I would highly recommend them.

Smokey,our outside cat hurt his leg. It became swollen and he couldn't bear weight on it. We took him to Parkway Veterinary Emergency Clinic. It was very early in the morning. This clinic is clean and set up so the animals do not see each other during their stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are compassionate and through. They examined his leg and determined his injury had become infected and had abscessed. Smokey was treated. We were given meds and clear instructions on his care along with the names and phone numbers to call should we have questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Parkway Veterinary Emergency Clinic to anyone who needs help with their fur babies after hours. The cost was fair and the care was very good. Everyone, all the staff, from first greeting at the car to checking out and paying the bill, were so friendly and kind. Dr. Rothrock was great, explaining everything in great detail and answering all our questions. Our tech, Riley, was so nice and pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about our pet. We are very thankful this clinic is here to help when there is a sick pet in the middle is the night.
