Took my cat here for a wellness check up and shots and I have to say, the vet and vet tech were AMAZING with him. This was the first time he's gone to the vet since I've had him and I can honestly say as a fur mama, I was extremely nervous. They treated my baby very well and he got lots of pets and loving from them. Definitely will be his life long vet now 🥰

Went today with my fiance took dogs and got treated with respect very kind and professional here i highly recommend this place for yo pet needs and health needs aswell place is clean and super way friendly my dogs liked the nurses and vet doctor

I can't say enough about Parkdale and its staff right now. Yesterday we made the excruciating decision to have our much-loved cat put to sleep after a brief but earnest fight against her cancer. From the appointments leading up to her diagnosis to the dreaded one when we brought her in for the final time, the staff was both compassionate and professional and made us feel like we were not going through our pain alone. For the actual euthanasia appointment, I was surprised and grateful to be escorted to a comfortable, private room well to the side of the lobby rather than an exam room. I'd been prepared to have to try to comfort our pet in her last moments on an exam table and then sob my way back through the lobby afterwards. Our longtime vet, Dr. Lisa Chapman, was not in, but the vet on call that day (I wish I could remember her name, but she's amazing) was just as caring and so helpful in talking us through how the procedure would be done and making sure that we were comfortable with each step along the way, as well as showing genuine concern for the comfort of our cat through the procedure. Everything was done at our own pace, allowing us to be fully ready to finally say goodbye. From the moment we walked in the door to the time we left, the staff was so kind but also professional, and it made one of the worst days of our lives just a little easier. I can't thank them enough.

Parkdale is amazing with my little zeus. So gentle & know they really care. I'm grateful to all of you ladies
