I wouldn’t trust any other Veterinary Clinic with my Doodle and Maltese. The staff is wonderful and Dr Patton is very thorough and explains diagnosis clearly. My dog actually wags his tail when Dr Patton examines him. Unlike the previous clinics I’ve used over the years, Northway Animal Hospital doesn’t over charge or push unnecessary treatment. I highly recommend Northway Animal Hospital.

I’ve been taking my babies here for 17 years.The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Dr Patton has always been great with my dogs. My chi was diagnosed with cushings and diabetes. And he has watched over her diabetes with testing every so often to make sure we are giving the right dose of insulin. She also was diagnosed with cataracts and his office worked closely with the ophthalmologist to make sure she was getting the best of care. I can always count on them to get them in even in an emergency.

First time taking my doggo in, and I could not have asked for a better experience. The office is so cute with a fish tank and a punk rock bird named Shredder. They even have a place for kids to play so parents can keep vet appointments without having to find babysitters! Dr. Patton was informative, nice, personable, and easy to talk to. The front desk staff were easy to talk to, friendly, and gave my doggo some treats for being a good boy while getting his shots. My doggo loved everyone there, and even got to make a new friend with a border collie puppy. Their prices are fantastic, having come from Valley Animal Hospital it was like a night and day difference. The same treatment I paid over $400 for at VAH, I got for less than $100 from this vet. 10/10, highly recommend! I am so glad I found this clinic. Update 1/11/24- Still super happy! Very informative as always and the friendly staff even remembered my dog and came to hug on him.

I would recommend you training your staff that answer the phones on how to handle potential emergency situations. Today, not aware of the time, called to see if my dog could be seen because I thought she was choking. The receptionist said, yeah you should bring her somewhere that is serious. Excuse me ? I was confused and I responded yes I am trying I called you. Is this an animal hospital, because maybe I called a regular vet and maybe they don’t see these kinds of things. To which they said: the doctor was on lunch, unfortunately lunch has to happen, people need to take their lunch. Firstly, I hope your crops wither, you cup never over flow, your bounty never be full, I hope you never get rest, I hope you over sleep when joy cometh in the morning and LASTLY MAY YOUR TREE NEVER AND MEAN NEVER BARE ANY FRUIT. I HOPE YOU REMEMBER ME WHEN YOURE PANICKED AND SOMEONE PLAYS IN YOUR FACE.

Had an appointment to crop my litter of doberman puppies made for WEEKS. Only to show up the day of our pre-op exam, fill out the client form, make copies of vaccine records, and then get told to leave. They will not crop puppies unless they are going to be their long term clients. I asked all kinds of questions and they were completely aware of the situation when the appointment was made, so I have no idea why they would wait until I was physically in their lobby with my puppies to tell me there was a problem. I was told the only way they would do the crops would be to send them to their new homes and instruct the new owners to vet with them. Like I’m enlisting people to a cult? They have a right to vet where they want to and it’s weird to hold a crop for ransom like that. This is my first experience with this vet, but I am beyond put off. Do not recommend, will not recommend. My puppies have a new appointment with a different vet that was amazing enough to get us on the schedule last minute. Bonus: the new vet is cheaper.
