From the moment we arrived until even after we left, we had the best treatment. This facility and staff are very pet focused, and go above and beyond to make sure our fur babies are taken care of. Made us feel like we made the right choice by standing by their standards. Actually, they exceeded their standards. And the follow up call to make sure our Slater was recovering well made my day. (And yes, she's back to her sweet self, running and jumping up on the bed couch and everything.)

I had the best experience with Northfield vet this week! Unfortunately, my 6 pound puppy got his arm shut in a door and they saw him instantly and really gave us a great experience. Barkley did so well with all of the staff I made them my new primary vet! I highly recommend this vet, works amazing with small breed puppies.

We took our puppy with congestive heart failure and she responded with lasix and was put in an oxygen tent. She improved dramatically as she had enough reserve. We were called back in a couple of hours and while trying to draw blood decompensated her enough that from wagging her tail she had to be euthanized. The tech was insisting on getting the puppy euthanized with little remorse .Having reviewed the data the puppy was salvage and could have lived happily a few years. My partner and I are doctors and we understand physiology. The tent could not have the oxygenation up beyond 40 % inside the tent. This is a basic facility and they have no comprehension of physiology but is just about making money. Even before they accepted the puppy they started talking about money. It’s just a euthanizing center for sick puppies. There has to records maintained and CCTV to show what happened between admissions and when we left the puppy. Please take your sicker puppies to Unpenn or Red Bank etc - not here.

Love the new office. It is so clean and beautiful. Everyone who works here from the front desk to the tech to the veterinarians. They are always so friendly and welcoming and loving to our dogs. Especially Rebecca, the tech and Dr. Goodwin. They're caring and knowledge has really helped us through our treatments for our dogs who both have cancer... I can't say enough good things about this place.

Firstly, I was impressed with how clean and spacious the facility was/is. The care that our puppy, Maisie, received as a first time patient was wonderful. Everyone was thorough and very helpful and patient as our family navigated through questions about our new puppy. The staff made her feel loved and safe. She was so calm! I appreciate all the helpful advice from the staff as owning a dog is new territory for us. I also appreciate the fact that (even though I forgot records for Maisie) the vet staff was willing to go above and beyond to still keep the visit and work with me to email them to review at a later time. This far exceeds my expectations on what I had expected from our visit and makes me feel good about our decision to make the switch to Northfield.
