We had a wonderful experience with the staff and the Dr. They were very welcoming the minute we walked through the door. They were able to get us an appointment quickly in order to get seen based on my concerns with my sick pup. Very patient, concerned, and answered all of my questions. I cannot say enough about this practice! They loved on my boy as if he were their own. That's what makes a good veterinarian practice!!

The entire staff team there is so nice and helpful! We just moved up this way from Florida. My one cat got blood in his urine, and I called several other veterinary clinics before calling North M-18. They were the only ones to be able to get him next day. Highly recommend them!! :)

Very very disappointed with this clinic and the response I got to a sentinel event that happened July of 2023. My 3 year old-20lb dog ate a 1/3 of corn cob. I brought her to the vet and following a series of X-Rays, Barium test (gold standard) and additional X-Rays I was assured she did not have a foreign object (corn cob) in her. 8 days later my dog puked up the corn corn (amazing this didn’t cause an intestinal blockage or choking when puking it up). Very unhappy with the response by the clinic when the staff found out she had puked up the corn cob-as they continue to decline giving me a refund from the Barium test / X Rays which we were told would guarantee to tell if the corn corn remained.

We were so glad that North M-18 vet would take our dog in as an emergency Then the love and care they gave her was great . They were very nice and informative to us to help our dog make a good recovery from her injury .

They saved our dog Brutes life and helped us manage his diabetes diagnosis. Even though he has passed on, all of our animals attend this veterinary office. Good people
