⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ North Laurel Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing! The entire team is compassionate, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make both pets and their owners feel at ease. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and the staff took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and address our concerns. We have been with them 5 years with my dog Percy and now also my cats Ozzy and Luna are under their care! The veterinarians are excellent—taking a gentle, caring approach while providing top-notch medical care. Whether it’s a routine check-up or something more serious, I always feel confident that my pet is in the best hands. Thank you, North Laurel Animal Hospital, for your dedication and kindness! Wow! I didn't know a trip to the vet could go so well. I had a double appointment for my two dogs and everyone was so caring and sweet. The vet took a lot of time to make my nervous puppy comfortable. She paid attention to each dogs' behavior, deciding to give the puppy the vaccine in the room with me and taking the 2yr old in the back for blood work. They figured out my jumbled vaccine paperwork and made a plan for each dog. By the end both dogs would have been happy to stay.

All front end staff interacted with were all respectful and helpful. Placing a deposit over the phone took less than 5 minutes. Quaint and clean practice. Very open and transparent about pricing if you inquire and will help you decide if something is worth it or not. Was expecting to be in the 1000 range and was at 700. Frank and honest about what they can determine and not when diagnosing. Was in and out within 40 minutes. Everything is electronic and easy. Easy location to get to and park. Will likely bring my pet here again if necessary. Very detailed post-appointment notes.

Dr Steere is an excellent vet for my babies, cat and dog. I've been using the practice for over 20 years. While we miss Dr Bob, the practice is still in amazing hands and delivers the same level of care no matter what!
