Jan 16, 2022 · Kris KatThe vet at North Coast was very nice, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I could tell my girl was in good hands. They checked her out, recommended the next step, and then the next steps from there. They were great about checking in with me and updating me about everything. Most importantly, she's feeling much better and it's only been a few days! I highly recommend north Coast and will definitely be bringing my other "exotic" pets here.
Aug 15, 2021 · Melissa MThey get you a appointment within a day or two which is amazing since everywhere else wants you to wait like 2 weeks or more for exotic animals. Unless you go to a emergency vet. They also seem to really care about the animals and do their best by them. The drive is well worth it if its far from you.
May 10, 2022 · B vizzI called on Monday and they scheduled me for the next day. I live over an hour and a half away. I planned accordingly, but ended up running late. I let the staff know. I called when I arrived but due to the fact that I ran late due to GPS error and roadwork I could not have my sick pet seen until 4pm or reschedule. I left in tears. Woman on the phone was not friendly and did not seem to care. Will not go back, was not worth any effort especially to be turned away.
Mar 02, 2022 · Kayla CorakWill not see animals within the same week. Apparently do not see sick animals as obviously in a week they would be dead. I have an exotic and pretty much got treated like I was a pain. I called crying....terrified for my pet.... nope. Next week. Knowing full well my pet is so exotic I would not find another vet to help. But I did... and it no doubt saved me a fortune. If u need exotic care, go to Phillips Animal Hospital in Mansfield, Ohio.
