The Hatfields are amazing. They walked me through a very difficult decision with care. They never judged me , nor made me feel bad about my pets care. They were very compassionate , empathetic, and encouraging . I will never go anywhere else. RIP Gracie, we will miss you forever 💔

I took my dog Nala to their clinic for a dental evaluation. After her evaluation it was clear she needed teeth extracted. The techs and the veterinarians were very clear on procedure, X-rays, post-op care and answered all of my questions. They were extremely thorough, caring and have an expert touch that left me feeling more than comfortable leaving my fur baby in their care. I would highly recommend this clinic for your pets dental needs. They go above and beyond to ensure your dog is as comfortable and receives top notch care, down to the practice of pre and post op x-rays to ensure everything was extracted properly, doing a nerve block so your pet doesn’t feel pain and even using the best anesthesia. I wouldn’t trust any other doctors with my pet. Thank you to the whole staff. My dog even has a better disposition now. She is more friendly to others and I can tell she is feeling great!

Ark, and then Moon Valley, took care of our sweet Molly since we moved to Phoenix. They were always great at treating her, explaining any issues, potential problems, and our options. Even when she nipped a staff member they were still able to work with us to make sure she got what she needed. Later, She had to have two surgeries and encountered other problems as she got older, but The staff was always so kind and helpful. The morning when she passed, we called Moon Valley as soon as they opened because she was suffering seizures. They were booked all day but recognized the emergency got us in as soon as the doctors came in. The staff was so helpful to make sure Molly was taken care of. They were also so helpful with my wife and I who were extremely upset at losing our dog of 13 years. Dr Degroff was very kind and professional and the staff was so great in helping us through such an awful day. Thank you for everything.

I understand this is a business at the end of the day but absolutely no one being able to make a small recommendation on a course of action for my cats neck injury unless i upgrade my appointment is CRAZY. All im looking for is a single sentence on how to treat her open sore but to get a recommendation from the vet it would have doubled my visit costs. If they cared half as much for our animals as the dollar, she have been able to drop by and recommend whatever. I didn't need x-rays or a biopsy. A single sentence. Find a vet that cares for your pets too, and doesn't just see them as a dollar amount.

Best animal Hospital in Phoenix, very clean and safe, professional friendly staff , expert doctors that you can trust with your lovely dogs , they are located on the south west corner of 19th Ave and thunderbird rd , Highly recommended .
