Dr Koster did a fantastic job cropping our Cane Corso puppy. She listened to every concern, explained the process and performed a flawless job with attention to every detail. Following the procedure, she and her team made after care a breeze. No complaint and highly recommended!

Dr Koster has cropped two of our cane corsos and she is amazing. We travel almost two hours, sometimes more to see her. She is extremely knowledgeable and the best in the northeast!

We have had the greatest experience with Sophia! She did out Doberman litters tails and cropped half of the litters ears! She does a fabulous job an is very knowledgeable!

Leaving this review so everyone can know how horrible the customer service is here. I have so many complaints about this place and it was all through the phone. First I wanted to set an appointment to get my dogs ears cropped and I had to call 7 times for someone to finally answer the phone. Second my girlfriend, who is also the owner of our dog, tried to make an appointment for a consult to get our dogs ears cropped and Dr. Koster made it so difficult for us. We’ve only had the dog for less than 2 weeks and he was already 9 weeks old so we tried to make an appointment asap before he turned 11 weeks. I’m currently out of state for work and my girlfriend, who is also owner of the pup, was trying to go this week for the consult and the Dr said she could not go because the dog is under my name at the vet even though we’re both owners. She also told my girlfriend there was an availability for this Wednesday but I had to be there, mind you I’m out of town for 2 weeks for work. Then I tried to call to talk to the doctor to see if it was okay for my girlfriend to take OUR dog and she said she never said there was availability on Wednesday and that she made the appointment for Thursday and that she can’t bring the dog in by herself that I HAD to be there. Mind you my girlfriend isn’t available Thursday because of work and I’m still going to be out of town. In the end we were not able to make the appointment because of all the problems Dr. Koster was giving us. The whole time I’m on the phone with Dr. Koster she is being rude, nasty and telling me different things than what she told my girlfriend. If u could I highly recommend going to another veterinarian if you could. Do not give these people your money their customer service is terrible and the doctor seems like a bad person. She treated me poorly over the phone and I’ve never met her in person….. Highly recommend you try to find someone else to care for your pet. I don’t normally write reviews but after getting off the phone with Dr. Koster I just had to write this review and let everyone know about my experience.

She is the best cropper in the east coast hands down . Did the 3rd doberman I have and have been going here since 2010 . Don't know what these other people are talking about that gave less than 5 stars. They must be very dimwitted and not understand what's going on with the way ear cropping goes or a vet appointment.
