I am new to the area and had a lot of anxiety about switching vets. From the moment I walked in with my former feral cat to the moment I walked out, it was a very pleasant and calm experience. They have a cat specific room with feliway plugged in and they even gave her a towel with feliway. There was no rush, the tech helping was so kind to me and my kitty. Dr. Lang took time to explain things to me and gave me all the information needed. Very clear communication. I would absolutely recommend them!
