The kindness and patience the Midstate staff had with us was top notch. I thank them all for their compassion and willingness to stay late and not rush us thru this sad time. Good job to all involved each time we needed them.

Apr 19, 2025 · Joan Stiversot is bad weather i called& was stuck on rt 81 & was there 15 min late, and had to sit work my cat in a cage for over an hour to get the next appt sheet after he went poop n pee in it & i couldn't take him out of it... as it was a chore to get hook in it anyway... was not happy however if that did come out and within 15 minutes took me back I give them snaps for that however I was not happy with the first response that I miss my appointment I had to wait but I appreciate them getting my baby in promptly and hopefully we can get him taken care of thank you
Jan 20, 2025 · Slaker 4I don't know much about Midstate except our neighbor suggested them to us because our dog is in need of surgery quickly and they said the doctors are affiliated with Cornell. Midstate said they could not see our dog because they were full. I pray our dog survives until we can find someone to see her. Our vet is sending her records to other colleges..she just had her first birthday...praying she makes it to her second❤️
