I have been a patient for over 10 years but no more ! They f dont answer the phone !!!! Had to drive half an hour to make an appointment Snippy front desk with attitude Booked the appointment Should have picked up vibes then Waiting area packed Came back three days later Same nonchalant manner Overbooked and long wait No apologies from front desk who obviously don’t like their work No issue with vet but was prescribed $200 worth of pills for allergies that made my dog throw up Dr Belough would be heartbroken if he saw what his practice has become No follow up call to see how my dog was doing. Went to Polo park animal hospital Difference between night and day Front desk actually love what they’re doing Efficient care and follow up !!!

Dr. Cruz and their team treated my Clovis with the utmost kindness, taking the time to explain every procedure and answer all of my questions. Their genuine love for animals shines through in every interaction, making us feel supported and cared for during a stressful time. Thanks to their expertise, Clovis is happy, healthy, and thriving. Very helpful and friendly staff even with how many patients they see. Each experience feels very personal and informative when you finally meet with the dogtors. They are super busy and always working as fast as possible but this means an appointment is highly advised. Walk ins are welcome but even with an appointment we waited well over an hour both visits here. But again the staff makes up for it with very obvious care for the animals they help. They weren't pushy about surgery and tried less scary methods first. Very pet forward clinic would recommend. They even have little bowls for water if your pet gets thirsty while waiting.

I’ve taken my Toy poodle here before and it was a pleasant visit. They are friendly staff and a roomy establishment.

Used to go there all the time with both of our dogs. Then the doctors changed. The past couple days been trying to make an appointment. The first day nobody answered the phone Wife and I tried 10 times left messages and nobody returned the calls. Next day I called early it went right to hold. I was on hold for 20 minutes twice and 10 minutes and it automatically hung up on me. So I found another vet to go try and guess what they answered the phone and seemed very friendly. If they don’t have enough people answer the phones then maybe they should hire. If you’re looking for your pet looked at it a decent time limit this might not be the place.
