I brought my dog Ember in for a neurology consult due to 2 concerning episodes of neurologic symptoms. The staff was wonderful, and Ember was very happy to meet new friends. Dr. Silver was great and listened to my concerns before suggesting a diagnostic plan. We were even able to get her MRI and CSF tap done same day which was great since it was a bit of a drive to get there.

I cannot say enough good things about the people here! My cat Leo was not drinking and barely eating. I took him here based on reviews. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind & helpful! The vets were extremely thorough and clearly had vast knowledge on giving the best possible care so I knew he was in great hands! He ended up having to stay 2 nights after an initial few hour visit and I am glad to say Leo is back to being his normal silly self! The facilities are also immaculate! It isn't cheap but know that they will do anything and everything they can to take care of your pet!

I can not say enough good things about this vet. They were able to help my dog during a health issue on so many levels. She needed testing ASAP and while other hospitals couldn’t help they were able to get her the diagnostic testing she needed ASAP. They also helped walk us through her scary diagnosis and explain her prognosis. The quick action from all staff is the reason I still have my girl! I am forever grateful for them and travel just to see them.

Last night I had the unfortunate experience of having to put my elderly dog to sleep. Everyone was very nice and explained everything well. We knew her condition was not good after blood work. I had to make the sad choice of letting her go after 16 years. The tech that cuddled her out back for hours made me feel she was well loved there prior. TY it gave me a sense of comfort knowing she wasn’t left in a cage. The vet explained everything well with compassion. CAROL the woman who was out front from the minute I walked in crying was so compassionate. She walked me back and stayed with me the entire time. Took me right in and helped me through. I was alone in the middle of the night and wished I had family, but it wasn’t possible. I wanted someone to sit with me through the process, but felt weird asking a total stranger. When she ever asked “do you want me to sit with you?” It meant a lot to me! Someone to talk and reminisce. Thank you for what you ❤️

Our Cavalier King Charles “Bella” was treated earlier this week and everything went perfect from booking to the actual appointment. Reception was warm & welcoming . The first neurologist tech we met was kind he handled Bella with great care and we were immediately comfortable. Her appointment with Dr. Silva and a resident were both kind and supportive. All our questions and fears were addressed . The efficiency of finding a diagnosis and a plan of treatment was excellent. I felt that every aspect of her diagnosis was fully explained and that I could easily address any future questions that we may have .This all happened in two days. We are so thankful to know that Bella is in the best hands and feel fortunate to be treated at this Hospital.
