I have been coming here for 23 years. Every vet that has taken care of our four dogs have been exceptional. The staff are friendly, understanding, go out of their way to help out, are empathetic and encouraging. They try very hard to accommodate my busy schedule, see my dog for urgent needs, personally answer the phone, and communicate regularly. They have been there through happy times and very sad times. I trust the whole practice completely.

I learned of Maple Springs when I rescued my cat from 4paws rescue. I recently am fostering another cat and truly enjoyed my interactions with the staff and doctors. They have been very helpful when answering my questions and accommodating with getting me in quickly when both my foster and cat were sick. I feel very comfortable when I come and love that Catherine addresses me by name when I call. Would definitely recommend.

This vet has been excellent. We first brought our pup in because he was sick and had seen two other vets already without a diagnosis. They were able to figure out what was going on on his first visit and get him treatment right away. The communication and care has been great!

We visited this site for dog 🐶. The vet there was rude and not respecting you. All she did was to blame you for feeding dog with brand food. She can recommend some food and give advice but can not blame us for feeding dogs using commercial food not the ones she likes. Re: why you monitor Customers name? All you need to know is that customer is not happy with what you treated. No you are not recommending all commercial diets and you were criticizing us during the visit repeatedly. I do not know who you are but I assume not vet I met. You may verify this with your vet if you want.
