The entire staff is so professional, patient and kind. Wonderful with my pups. They took their time with us and answered all of my questions. Pricing is very reasonable. They accept non emergent walk ins without hesitation.

As soon as I walked in to the building, I felt so welcomed. Every staff member there had the best attitude and was so kind and compassionate. From the receptionists all the way to the surgeons, everyone there was so warm and welcoming. They know how to get things done and don’t wait around. I will forever be grateful for how positive this experience was with them. I’m going through something extremely difficult with my pup and they made it all the more easy by providing me with every piece of information they could and helping us get into an oncologist. The timely manner is amazing! Each staff member that I encountered seemed to be so dedicated to their job and actually enjoy what they were doing. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone! They are so great!!!

I can not say enough great things about this place… from the call to get prices to the checkout was absolutely phenomenal! I have 8 cats but only needed to bring 5 in for shots, office visits, and nail trim… I was in and out of there in less than an hour… everyone was efficient, polite and lent a hand with my babies… dr wise thank you for everything including your professionalism from yourself and your amazing staff and to top it off the prices! I paid a fraction of the cost I would have paid elsewhere… you just gained 8 new kitty clients and one happy crazy cat lady! Thanks again

I have seen Dr. Wise since she opened. That is also when we rescued our pup Sophie. They have taken such great care of her. The entire staff is so welcoming and work so well together to ensure my pet was getting all she needed. Sadly we had to put her down, but Dr. Wise was there and gave me all of my options. She was there for each of the difficult steps and I never felt alone. I cannot tell you anything but wonderful and great things about this vet. They definitely care!

I’m impressed at how much love goes into this operation. The veterinarians and staff understand as much about pet owners as the animals themselves. This plays into everything they do, from transparent treatment options to gently broaching difficult discussions regarding care and end-of-life arrangements. I originally transitioned to Lowell Animal Hospital because I had a suspicion Banfield was raking me over the coals when my husky became diabetic. While that bottomline business was proposing a $300+ monthly treatment plan, Dr. Wise was willing to try a conservative approach which ended up a mere $68 per month. She was upfront and honest about best and worst case scenarios, and didn’t pressure me one way or another. Understanding of financial situations and the ability to provide long-term care, she doesn’t shame a client even if it means they simply have to ride-it-out till the end either. Of course, I was fortunate enough to find a reasonable treatment which allowed my husky to experience another quality 6 months of life. Unfortunately though, she did eventually get an ulcerated growth that forced a difficult decision. One that I’m thankful Dr. Wise also walked me through. If there is one thing Lowell Animal Hospital does better than anyone else I’ve ever seen, it’s the end-of-life transition. They have a warm and beautiful suite dedicated to the event. The whole process is designed to give the owner a sense of home and closure with their beloved friend. A cozy rug blankets the room flanked by comfy furniture, and a shelf of treats allows you to spoil your pet to your heart’s desire. When you’re ready to say goodbye, you ring a bell and they come in with a luxurious bed which the animal can snuggle into once sedated. After that, you give them one last hug, and watch them peacefully fall asleep. Juxtaposing this experience to the cold steel slabs I’ve heard about, I’m glad and grateful I got to have a final, normal and joyful moment with my baby girl before letting go. And it’s this kind of love and compassion that sets Lowell Animal Hospital apart. I’m glad the Lord led me to such gifted and wonderful people!
