We’ve been taking our 2 cats here for about 4 or 5 years. Dr. Sutkay has taken incredible care of them and shows so much compassion. She’s always quick to answer her email and she often calls to follow up, as well. The entire staff is just as kind. Yesterday we had to say goodbye to one of our beloved cats and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received from Lincolnshire Animal Hospital. Thank you for all you do ❤️

This is the most wonderful animal hospital. The staff and doctors are just exceptional, so compassionate , caring , knowledgeable , great communication, they truly care about your pets like they are their own. They were there in one of our saddest moments of having to say goodbye to our beloved dog Zeus, and treated us and him like family. Highly recommend all the doctors are great as well as everyone there from the moment you walk in the door. Thank you for the great care of our fur babies and to us.

All the staff from the front desk, techs, Vet were very friendly, approachable, and visit went smooth with clear explanations of recommendations and treatment plans. I brought my cat to Lincolnshire Animal Hospital based on a recommendation from a friend who had tried many vets over the years. After moving away from our previous provider, it wasn’t practical to continue the long drives, especially as my cat grew older and developed more health issues. That’s when we met Dr. Rasch, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Rasch is an incredible veterinarian. She always took the time to thoroughly explain everything going on with my cat and patiently answered all my questions. Her dedication to ensuring I understood my cat’s care and her willingness to go above and beyond truly set her apart from any vet I’ve worked with in the past. One of my cat’s health challenges required regular fluid treatments several times a week, and this is where the clinic truly excelled. There were no surprises in the billing, and they offered multiple options, including teaching me how to administer fluids at home to help reduce costs. I chose to continue bringing him in, and the team always went out of their way to ensure he received excellent care. I especially want to thank Kellie and Emily for their consistent kindness and for always making an effort to care for him during our visits. Eventually, my cat’s age and condition caught up with him. Even though I had to house him at another facility overnight before bringing him back to LAH the next morning, the staff I had come to know over the past year took the time to greet me and say goodbye to my furry friend. This is an office that genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. I wholeheartedly recommend Lincolnshire Animal Hospital to anyone looking for compassionate, professional care for their furry family members.

LAH is the BEST animal hospital I’ve ever been to. I’ve been in with my cat for both checkups and emergencies. I’ve seen a few different vets and techs there and each has been phenomenal. Every time, the staff have been compassionate, gentle, honest, and reasonable. They truly care about you and your pet. Can’t recommend enough.
