Leesburg 441 Animal Hospital

The veterinarian here and the staff are amazing. But they are very small and everybody comes from everywhere to go here because it’s lower in cost. They also have limitations of what they can do for your pet. However, as I sat there waiting to be seen because it is a walk-in, I watched how compassionate they are to the owners and their pets. I am truly grateful for this location and all that they do. I wish I was rich so I could donate a huge building for them with ample and safe parking.

I toke my cat yesterday to have surgery and she died at 9:30 last night picked her up at 3 she only woke once from the anesthesia after she graoned from the pain and then she passed from a unnecessary surgery she had infection and only waited a week to do surgery of course she was still going to have infection it had only been one week and 3 days of antibiotics. She should have never had the surgery but I toke her cause I didn't know she was going to die. I paid $475 for my cat to die I will miss Lucky she will forever be in my heart.

Was looking for a low cost clinic to provide rabies vaccine for our dogs - this hospital is listed. My wife called and there was a rude woman who I overheard from my office speaking to her. We just wanted to know prices for vaccines if they matched the site we were looking at (they don't). That alone wouldn't have necessarily warranted this review, but there was no need to be disrespectful with your attitude toward my wife for simply asking about prices. I can't judge the quality of care here, only the behavior of the receptionist.

Staff is rude and disinterested, atleast the staff working this afternoon 11/1. Never had a problem before for the last year I’ve been going there but times they are a changing, and not for the better. Looking for a new vet.

Went for cat's possible UTI. Didn't take sample. Prescribed meds. Paid bill, checked later and they added 65.00 more to bill. Went back, they couldn't give copy of original bill. When I went back, the extra was fudged into the original charge. Don't trust them.
