Visited this facility for the first time yesterday. Was a same day emergency visit. I was very pleased with their professionalism and prompt attention. The entire time was friendly, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. Doctor Andy was very thorough, we appreciate him going through all of our options. We decided to move forward with them for full time vet care for our German Shepard. We even received a follow up text from the nurse and doctor today. Thank you Lakewood Animal Hospital for showing us outstanding customer service.

We just started going here a few months ago and I have been so impressed with the doctors and front desk staff! One of our cats was just recently diagnosed with heart failure and had an episode that was pretty scary- Dr.Ireland was able to see him the same day and treat him accordingly! By the next day he was back to his normal self and no longer breathing fast/retaining fluid in his lungs. She has also followed up with us several times just to check on Milo and see how he was recovering! 10/10 recommend this clinic and all of the Vets here- they are all very caring, kind and compassionate! Very thankful to have found this office.

The team at Lakewood Animal Hospital are very caring and clearly love what they do. When you relocate and have to find a new veterinarian, it can be overwhelming. I cannot be more pleased for the care and attention that has been given to my two pups. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing a great clinic to bring your pets.

We are new to VA and really happy to have found Lakewood Animal Hospital. Our older cat with arthritis sprained his wrist badly including some shoulder involvement. The Lakewood team offered us a same day appointment and were able to get our old vet’s records transferred quickly. The care we received was excellent from reception to a thorough and thoughtful exam with care instructions to next day follow up. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and skilled. We are very impressed!

We’ve been taking our pets (2 cats & 2 dogs) to Lakewood Animal Hospital Vets for a few years. The Vets and their nurses/staff are great and we appreciate them taking care of our pets. They have fair/comfortable pricing and we recommend them to other pet owners. Thanks Lakewood Animal Hospital!
