Employees and doctors are nice and respectful. Quality of care is not an issue here. However, transparency is. They tell you they want to take a swab for the microscope, okay that seems normal... But what they don't tell you until the very end when they force you to pay for everything, is that 5 second microscope slide just cost you $45. I will not return to this office again. Transparency is trust, and when you hide things from your clients until they are forced to pay for it, you lose trust. EDIT: The only time I was ever informed of any cost was the standard fee when I booked the initial appointment to be seen. I was never once told through two different appointments any cost of anything that they did until handed a piece of paper and told what I had to pay at the end. I was going to pay no matter what for the betterment of my dog. The quality of staff and care was never in question, it just would have been nice to be told more along the way.

Dr. gary levy is incredible. The entire staff is wonderful. Took amazing care of our 15 year old pup, up until the very end. One of the most difficult things we’ve ever had to go through, they made comfortable, kind and compassionate.

If only human health care was even slightly close to as good as the care my dogs receive at Lakeview Vet, the world would be so much better.

The front desk staff exhibited exceptional courtesy and professionalism. The medical professionals I have interacted with have consistently demonstrated expertise and a dedication to patient care. Dr. Goldman, in particular, merits recognition for his outstanding service. I have never felt pressured or rushed during our appointments. The clinic maintains a pristine environment, and parking is conveniently accessible. A wheelchair ramp is available, ensuring the facility is handicap-friendly. Based on my experiences, I highly recommend this medical facility and rate their services as five stars.

The staff and Dr were very welcome and nice. You could tell that they genuinely care about your pet and their wellness.
