Our dog had a seizure and our vet could not see our dog the same day. We called around and could not find any vets with openings on regular visits or emergency visits in our town. So we called Kingen and they got our dog in right away and sent us home with emergency meds. Definitely our new primary vet clinic. Appreciate everything Kingen did for us!

My dog Sadie had a nodule stick out her butt and the doctor prescribe her steroids for 4 months it never went away that’s $40 gone then I schedule her surgery the doctor keeps her on steroids till day of surgery! $300 for surgery so the nurse said blood work before surgery $94 but would include in the surgery cause they never said over $300 !!! Then the blood work come back liver count in 500 needs to be 200 her steroid count was up! When I told the doctor that she told me to keep her on them she ignored what I said ! Personally if your any kind of doctor you would check you patient chart before doing anything! So now 2 weeks I have to take her back more blood work $94 she is now off of steroids so $300 dollars plus $188 is a far cry from what the Doctor said the real nice nurse who was giving a discount now not included because she didn’t have the surgery and let’s not she couldn’t have the surgery because her liver count was up from STEROIDS ! You make it make since!!! Unsatisfied lies and irresponsible action of not checking Sadie’s medicine she prescribed by the doctor! I wouldn’t take my gold fish there! My dog has to suffer with bloody stool and a bloody butt ! I call it Double Dipping!

Everyone was so kind! Rocky had a great experience. I felt the exam was very thorough and they answered any questions I had, as well as offered resources for training that would make Rocky more comfortable as a pet, since we don’t have “work” for him. Scheduling was easy and the app is really nice too!

The staff and veterinarian were as caring as always to ensure our pups felt safe and cared for. The vet even sat on the floor while carefully checking our girls' unknown knee injury.
