As long time customers of we felt we had to comment.. We phoned the office for information regarding our little Betsy and a possible UTI. Allison(not sure of spelling) answered the phone.. we asked if we could bring in a urine sample to be tested -she was very short and rude when we asked questions regarding bringing in the sample. My wife and i were both on the phone. When we said we would drop off the sample her response was was to hang up with no explanation as to how to do it during this COVID time. This is not the first time the girls at the desk have been rude and short, it is a pretty normal occurrence. Dr Keller we do love you as our puppies doctor but you may need to have a little conversation with your girls at the front desks. They are your first impression and they definitely do not reflect your kindness and professionalism. -
