They truly are the best and treat your pets as family. They took care of our 12 year old dog , 2 cats, and now taking such good care of our new puppy Maddie. The vets and staff are amazing and Heidi the office manager makes sure each animal and family has what they need. Thank you again to all of the staff. I will never go anywhere else and truly recommend them. You cannot find a better place that calls you to follow up on your pet. This place is our family!! ❤️🙏🏼

UNCARING- KEEP AWAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS..DR KAY AND TECH ( BALD- UNSURE OF HIS NAME- I didn’t care to ask for his name) UNCARING AND SEEMED ANNOYED THE WHOLE TIME… I was in yesterday with my babygirl and her new borns. 5 days old…. As soon as I came in with puppy stroller no help with the door by the TECH apreently his coffee making was more important than helping me with the door as I was struggling with opening the door , stroller and handbag puppies… at that moment I knew I was in the wrong place….I checked in, the receptionist was kind and thank her for booking me in same day - as my new born puppy wasn’t gaining much weight and sounded he had a breathing issue- thank fully he’s ok… When the receptionist told the Coffee TECH, I was bringing in the mom and two blonde horns he seemed annoyed and started at me , I was going to ask him if there was a problem but didn’t want to make the visit awkward. As I was taken to the back the office seemed DIRTY… was brought into a room where the tech was very silent.. no interaction ..was observing me through the paper towel reflection in front of him.. was asking questions and was explaining him the disruption.- cut me off asking me only to answer his questions.. put my new born puppies to the scale without placing anything in the scale to protect the puppy from the COLD SCALE….. keep in mind new horns have to be kept warm.. was going to take rectale temperature and I stopped him telling him IT TOO BIG FOR HIM.. take a laser temperature… DR came in… not interaction at all with the puppies… ( as other Drs would where I usually take them) only Shushing my pups to silence ( they are doing what they are supposed to- protect their owner) I kept telling them it’s ok.. the whole time Boylthe TECH AND DR ACTED like they cared but I’ve been through professional Vet Drs in the past and know when they are genially caring and when not.. I left with the same questions I had when coming in… does my baby girl have a UTI,…. If so, I would have given her antibiotics and bottle feed my newborns every 2 -3hrs… I make that decision… and was left with ‘“ I don’t know, I have to check as we thrive to prevent pregnancies in dogs..” Well IM GLAD WE LIVE A WORLD WHERE WE ARE ALL DIFERENT AND THINK DIFFERENTLY..I look forward to having another set of puppies and care for them as I have for the first two.. IF YOU TRUELY LOVE YOUR PETS, TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE, THERE ARE TRULY GREAT DRS CARING FOR YOUR LOVED ONES. I FEEL BAD FOR THOSE WHO LEAVE THERE PUPPIES HERE.. TRUELY BREAKS MY HEART.. 🐶🐶 I don’t ever take the time to make a review as It’s TIME CONSUMMING.. but as I love my puppies I want to let other know to STAY AWAY.

We can’t even begin to thank Justin Bartlett for taking care of Memphis at both the RPB and Greenacres location. She had an aural hematoma in her ear. They drained it but it came back and she had to have surgery. You guys are awesome and we thank you for taking care of our dog (Dog-der/daughter). Special thanks to the office manager and Karen.

Took my dog there. Have for many years my dog is now 13. Took him yesterday they are truly caring. Explain everything and they truly great recommend them. Bonus also the price was not bad at all

Got there and was extremely nervous about getting my guy fixed they were attentive and reassuring. Even though they were busy they took time to explain the procedure.
