Banfield Pet Hospital

I’ve been dealing with Bandfield for almost a year now! They were helping treat my senior dog that was also fighting a cancer! Well today we took my Ghost to Bandfield cause she wasn’t feeling good and didn’t eat her dinner last night nor her breakfast this morning! Upon testing the unfortunate cancer progressed and due to Ghost’s labored breathing etc! The vet was worried about her getting worse overnight and couldn’t guarantee is any medication will continue to work! So I had to make that uncomfortable/unfortunate decision and make that call! With all that said, the staff was very kind, extremely supportive and sympathetic and allowed us to stay with Ghost as long as we needed/wanted to, during the procedure they also again allowed us to stay with her so she knew her family members were with her! Thank you Bandfield for everything you did and making the process as easy as possible! You’re all great appreciated! RIP Ghost, you’ll always be cherish and remembered!

I had nine dogs when I originally started out with Banfield, and I’ve taken them there (Royal Palm Beach location) for years. I love the staff there (Luz, Justin, Liz, and Dr. Perez). Dr. Perez has always taken great care of my pets, and she always explains everything to ensure that you understand what’s going on. Due to the number of dogs, we have visited there often, and Luz, Justin, and Liz have always been very helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this location and especially Dr. Perez who is very knowledgeable and very caring.

I love the staff and doctor at Banfield Petco in Royal Palm my dogs have received nothing but awesome care and being an animal parent for my babies is very important also can be very nerve wrecking and they explained everything thoroughly with kindness and care very professional. Love them

My dog cracked her nail, and I called to get an appointment the same day. Justin answer the phone and told me to come right on over. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes while she was there they even gave her her comprehensive annual exam. I always have amazing service when I come there, especially from Justin, but this really Felt like it was above and beyond. Great job.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Banfield Pet Hospital in Royal Palm today. I had a scheduled appointment at 9am for my pet's physical and vaccinations. Upon arrival, the receptionist who assisted me was not pleasant and informed me that they would not be able to see my dog ​​in the private room, which is my right to use, because the only doctor was busy in surgery. I was offered two options: leave my dog ​​there until they could see him or come back at 5pm. This seems unacceptable to me, as no one drops off their children at the pediatrician or family members at the hospital to pick them up later and my pet is family not something you drop off and pick up, and they should give advance notice if they cannot keep the appointment. The consultation was already paid for and insurance is expensive so I expected service to match that. I was forced to find another clinic to see my dog, wasting valuable time out of my day. Very disappointed with this place. I would not recommend it and I do not plan to go there again.
