Recently moved to the area and this place was recommended by a friend. Dr. Kim and staff were very nice. Dr. Kim answered all my questions about my cat Metro and she was very patient with us. I had so many questions about Metro and she really took great care of her and made me feel very comfortable. They were also very transparent about billing and gave me an estimate prior to anything being done, which is something I never experienced at other vets before so that was a big plus! I'm glad I found a home vet that I feel comfortable and confident going to! Thank you all!

Dr. Arlene Kim is truly exceptional at her profession, earning a well-deserved five stars. Her expertise extends beyond just cats and dogs, as she also treats exotic animals with remarkable skill. Dr. Kim previously cared for our three bunnies and our senior dog, who has since passed away. She consistently provides top-quality care and advice, and I personally believe that animals receive excellent attention under her supervision. However, my overall rating is three stars due to some downsides. JCVC is corporately owned by Pet Vet, which prioritizes profit margins and standardization. This shift has resulted in higher prices, making services less affordable for pet owners. Consequently, I have transitioned to ModernVet in Johns Creek, where Dr. Matt Bradley’s independent and locally owned practice is deeply invested in the community and its customers. Dr. Bradley's heartfelt passion for animals and his commitment to personalized care stand out in a way that corporate-owned clinics often lack.

I was very nervous to see if my cat would love his doctor or if his doctor would treat my cat well. You were so interested that I was very happy. My cat is very picky, but he never spoke next to his doctor. I didn't have enough English, they translated and brought the documents in my own language. And they were very patient. I can't pass without saying this, his assistants are very sweet and nice, thank you very much for your meticulous attention ❤️🥰

Very disappointed by this clinic. We started our service on 1/23/2024 because the “ GOOD “reviews. But we are very disappointed by the way they treated our dog and the way they run their business. My dog got really bad diarrhea, we called to see if they can check the dog. They said the next appointment would be in 3 days, after I expressed my concerns that my dog looked very weak they still said no. They didn’t offer any other options or advices. I ended up taking my dog to an urgent care. After that , I visited another clinic. They gave me options to drop off on the same day or send it stool sample asap. They also call back to check to see if my dog is getting better after treatment. What a difference! Because if this, I wanted to transfer out, but I was told that I have to wait for the current contract to end. Last month, I called to see if any visit left on the plan, they told me the a few vaccine needed to be done. I called 2 times and went in in-person to make sure the very last visit was covered in the first year plan. The answer was yes. But two days ago , I got another charge on my card, the billing department told me that they didn’t stop the plan, the vaccine was billed under the renewed plan! The manager said I had two options, either pay vaccine out pocket in order to get out or continue paying premiums till end of 2025! Is this a scam? I can’t believe a vet clinic would do this to trap the client!

The vet we had was so personalized. She got on the floor and held Baby, My cat,while she talked with us. She showed us what the billing was so that we could review it and ask any questions before they gave her any medication. She was great and I would highly recommend her for your pet.

We switched here about a year ago and already loved them, but yesterday put us over the top!! We took our puppy in for his scheduled neuter and even though the email confirmation had the correct date, we took him in a day earlier. The staff immediately jumped into action and said it was not a big deal at all and squeezed us right in, never making us feel bad for the mixup. All of the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful and the Drs are the best! Highly recommend!!
