The veterinarians are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly, making sure you feel confident about your pet’s care. The vet techs are super nice here! Both our cats were very comfortable with the staff. Johanna was very informative and our cat moldi butt loved her. Alyssa was very quick and helpful! She made our kitten Himari's last vaccine super fast!

Disco had a great first visit with Dr. Lem! She was very thorough, detailed and answered our questions thoughtfully. We are happy to have found a Dr for our fur baby in our new neighborhood.

We unfortunately had to switch vets after multiple occasions of being pressured to do expensive procedures that ended up being unnecessary. The vet plays salesman a lot and guilts you when you don’t do what she recommends . I get that this is a business but it’s taking advantage of vulnerable pet owners who would do anything to save our babies. One instance, she pushed and pushed for me to get my dog’s tooth removed, shaming me every time I came for a checkup and it wasn’t removed (quoting me $950 for the procedure and cleaning)I went and got the cleaning done elsewhere for half the price, and they ended up telling me it was not necessary to remove the tooth and actually would be not smart to do so. Two other vets said the same thing. Another instance we were told our dog needed extra testing after an abnormality came up, then when it came back normal she said oh it must’ve been a lab error. But we still paid hundreds for the extra testing. There were multiple instances like these, and we’ve found a vet who is very respectful about pricing and super transparent and actually cares about my dogs genuinely, so we are glad we left. We drive 45 minutes to see him but it’s worth it. She was always very condescending and rude to her staff in front of patients which was uncomfortable. The vet techs here were always fantastic and the desk staff as well. Lot of my favorite techs were gone pretty quickly, high turnover and it’s for a reason. The boarding is reasonably priced that’s how I initially found this clinic. The vet services are higher than average definitely not a low cost clinic.

I switched to Jester Plaza when I was in a pinch and needed boarding for my older dog. I'm so glad I did. The location is convenient, the hours are good, and the parking situation is great. But so much more than that, the entire staff is excellent and empathetic in a way that's above and beyond what is required of a vet. They all seem to genuinely care for you and your pet. Dr. Lem is knowledgeable and kind and takes the time to listen to you. I highly recommend this vet. Also, costs for boarding are reasonable for the area which helps.
