Please be patient as these veterinarians and assistants do their best to provide each patient and their owners with their undivided attention. They are extremely busy yes, but it is worth the wait as they are willing to work longer and harder just to get to you. Shadow and I are extremely pleased with the hospitality and not only the professionalism, but also the compassion these doctors show towards everyone.

I really dont understand why I get treated like I'm some random person when I call in. I started my puppy there over a year ago soon as I got him. Then I brought my new puppy there too after I got him. I bring in business, I'm a good customer. Yet, I get treated like they don't even know me. Its very frustrating to get treated this way.

Called to get estimate on vaccinations and was told "we don't have time to do that, we'll call you back later because yeah...we don't have time to do pricing" umm....ok guess you don't have time for my business. It's a simple/easy question so why can't it be answered right away? Especially if you work there and should already know. I guess because they want time to think of how much they should charge me/make up prices pfftt okay found another friendly place to take my business to screw the rude lady on the phone
