Homestead Animal Hospital

If I could do 100 stars I would. I cannot begin to describe how amazing this place is. I ended up here because I had to put my 17 year old dog down last week. the compassion and love they have shown me cannot even be described! They understand my pain and did everything to help me Get through!!! I even decided to switch my other 2 dogs here and I couldn’t be happier. They actually care about YOU and your babies they go above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. They understand our pets are family and they treat them as such. Thank you guys for being amazing!!!!

The staff and doctors are excellent! They are like family to me and they are great with all my pets!! We especially love Dr. Toledo who has been our vet for over 10 years!!

I’ll never bring my fur family anywhere else but here, the staff makes you feel right at home on top of being welcoming and very understanding. Unfortunately, one of my beautiful babies passed away and when I brought her here to be cremated they let me take my time with my goodbyes and went out of their way surprising us with a card in the mail that had her paws and nose print! It was completely unexpected, and definitely appreciated, they gave me one last thing from my lily!! This place is 10 out of 10. 🫶🏽

I have to say there service is very bad. After Dr.Toledo which was my vet for many years at his own practice on old Dixie. That place had a great staff and the care was fenaminal. I quit going when he united with homestead hospital. The care was no longer the same and it was all about nickel and dimes. Now they charge just to make an appointment, because they cannot keep clients. After today I will never step foot in there again. Figured after a year they would have there jit together but no. My appointment was for 3pm, got there a 2:20. Was placed in a waiting room at 2:50, after spending 1 hour in the room with no updates. I had enough and left. They had the gul to ask me to wait to sign me out. Really, pure disappointment. Mr. Toledo you should return to your old practice, this is when you really meant something to your patients always on time and caring.

I have only had great experience at homestead animal hospital. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are always great with my puppy chai. I have had a couple urgent health concerns and they’ve always managed to see him.
