Definitely need to better train new office staff. After being put on hold 3 different times and never making the lady that answered understand my question or my concerns about bringing my 5 pets in I decided best to just cxl the appointments and find another vet. Such a shame because never got to experience this vet due to office staff being clueless and not helpful.

Love Dr Jones and All the staff!!! Have been coming her for at least 5 years and they have always been so kind and so knowledgeable. I am so grateful that my Sophie has a great Dr that will work and dig til they finds out what is going on and what treat she needs. I trust them and value their opinion

Dr. Jones and her staff are great. She is always so gentle and caring with my small elderly dog. She knows her stuff and appears to enjoy ongoing learning in order to bring new research to her pet parents. So thankful for her and her team.

We have been using Hixson Pet Wellness Center to help care for our dogs for years. Dr. Jones is an excellent veterinarian and an incredible human being! From the basics such as annual wellness checks and vaccinations to more urgent issues and even end of life care, Dr. Jones and her staff are knowledgeable, kind, caring and genuinely involved and supportive. Not only are we clients and big fans of this practice, all of our pet loving friends are now clients as well. The online store affiliated with Hixson Pet Wellness Center makes filling the prescriptions for our dogs’ preventative medications easy and affordable. If we are ever late in ordering a refill, Dr. Jones has the medications available for us to stop by and pick up a month or two’s supply. We are currently on our second generation of dogs that receive care from Hixson Pet Wellness Center and I can’t imagine going anywhere else or having a better quality of care for our dogs.

Dr Jones and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I have been going to her for years and i trust her completely with my fur-babies care.
