High Springs Animal Hospital

One of the best veterinary clinics I have had the pleasure of visiting. Dr. Cohen was phenomenal and my emergency situation where my dog was attacked by another dog. The staff is friendly and Dr. Cohen really knows her stuff! We were so impressed we switched clinics to come to High Springs animal Hospital for our wellness and vaccine needs!

Dr Cohen is knowledgeable and thorough. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the care and treatment of my doggos, Loki & Pickles.

We just moved to High Springs and our 14-year-old Yorkie Poo was recently diagnosed with Kidney disease. He began to decline very quickly after we moved in and within 2 weeks his body gave up. I called my hometown vet in Georgia and started to plan the trip up for the last visit. At the last minute I decided to check with a local vet to possibly save our travel to Georgia. I called High Springs Animal Hospital at 7:01 am Saturday morning and explained my situation. They were very helpful and said they would do whatever they could for me. I called my vet and asked if he would contact High Springs Animal Hospital to provide them with a short history of the kidney disease journey. I was able to get in at 10am and the hospital staff were so kind and compassionate. The procedure was quick and although very emotional the staff handled us very well. We are so appreciative of them getting us in and working with us so quickly.

I took my dog in for ear problems. Staff greeted me the minute I walked in, knew what I was there for without looking it up, and was placed in a room immediately. Dr Cohen was happy that my dog was wagging his tail. She had a "nurse" with her to help with ear swab samples and to dispense medicine in my dog's ears. The doc knew the problem right away and had all the meds our dog needed at the clinic. She was clear with instructions and printed the instructions on the bottles. After looking up prices of the three meds online, I felt the cost for visit and meds to be quite fair. I would like to add that I had both dogs there for their vaccinations at another visit this past year and they were the cheapest of all the clinics. I checked prices with five different clinics between High Springs and Alachua.

My first time and was treated like I'd been coming there for years. Helped me through a difficult time with grace. Dr. Cohen was very nice and comforting. I will definitely use them again. ♥️
