I should have brought my Turbo here sooner! It's nice to see smiling faces when you walk in. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Ortiz was knowledgeable and offered many treatment options for Turbo's terribly itchy skin. I left the office visit with 2 prescriptions, a bag of food and a bag of treats and the price was affordable. I would highly recommend Heart and Paw. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My poor dog has such bad anxiety but they were so sweet to him and handled it well! They were very respectful of his boundaries while still managing to get a full exam in. The medicine they gave me fixed his GI problem right away!

Everyone here has been absolutely wonderful! I’ve brought in both my cats for very different things. One had an infection from her eczema. They took such good care of her and loved her up like she is their own cat. Always answered my questions and helped me out when she wouldn’t take her meds. The other one had to get teeth removed. He is doing great! They went above and beyond for all 3 of us. Always kept me updated on the surgery and costs. Made decisions that made me feel confident in their ability to be their vet. They didn’t put their ego ahead of the safety of my cat and my wallet. The amount of respect I have for them is tremendous! They even made me feel comfortable while being a complete disaster. Fantastic overall experience. The location was easy to find, clean, and filled with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Ortiz and Will were so helpful, answered all of our many questions, and provided great tips for our puppy. They were so gentle with him. I wish we had discovered them sooner. Highly recommended.

We went here for an annual checkup for our cat for the first time. Dr. Monk and Liz were exemplary, they treated our cat incredibly well. Our cat was so calm the whole time, which rarely happens! Pricing was very reasonable, and they were knowledgeable about all of our questions. Highly recommend this practice, we will be back!
