I recently took my sick cat to Heart & Paw and I couldn't be more impressed with our experience!From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, compassionate, and attentive, making both me and my cat feel comfortable. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly examine my sweet kitty, and addressed all my concerns with patience and expertise. The office itself was very clean and welcoming! I really appreciated the efficiency of the appointment and reasonable pricing. My cat received excellent care, and I left feeling reassured about his treatment plan. I highly recommend Heart & Paw to any pet owner looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care.

The vets and staff are incredibly kind, I can tell that they genuinely care about my cats when I bring them for a wellness check and sick appointments. The vet staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable in answering any questions I have. I wouldn’t want to take my pets to any other vet office, and they have always had avail able appointments within a week of booking when I’ve checked.

Been going to Heart + Paw since they’ve opened. Always friendly and quick wellness visits for both of our cats. The vets and the technicians are always professional, kind and informative. Our cats are relatively easy with vet appointments but it’s an extra comfort knowing they are going to be in good hands each visit.

While visiting VA in summer, my Yorkie started making weird and scary noises (reverse sneezing) like if she weren’t able to breath 😰. I immediately called Heart + Paw and after they listened over the phone, what has happened, they squeezed me in for a a check up. Dr. Jaclyn Erwin was very king and explained it was an episode of reverse sneezing. Not need to worry about. It wasn’t life threatening and it will go away with time. Next day the Dr. called to follow up my Yorkie’s episode and even helped with some tips for future episodes, if so. Heart + paw has a Super fast, friendly, kind a caring services. 💝 My Yorkie is doing great and she is ready travel back with me. ✈️

The person who answered the phone was unbelievably patient, compassionate, and helpful and made me feel comfortable during a scary, difficult situation. When I showed up—both the people I spoke with were extremely kind and helped both me and my cat feel super comfortable and cared for. They are very diligent and you can tell they care a lot. I’m sure they see so many patients and it must be hard to have so much patience (especially because I’m someone who always wants to understand everything and asks a lot of questions) but they were super informative and I felt really at ease and comfortable with the whole process. I’m very thankful for their care and would recommend based on my experience today!
