I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heart of Harlem Veterinary Clinic! From the moment I walked in with my kitty Moo-Moo, I felt right at home. The entire staff is kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable, ensuring that both pets and their owners feel comfortable and well cared for. The service here is absolutely magnificent—they take the time to explain everything, answer any questions, and handle each visit with patience and professionalism. Even after getting a vaccine, Moo-Moo always left happy, thanks to the little treats they gave him! It’s clear that everyone at this clinic genuinely loves what they do, and that warmth translates into the care they provide. If you’re looking for a vet that truly prioritizes the well-being of your furry family member, I highly recommend Heart of Harlem Veterinary Clinic. What can I say? Even I don’t know what are the rights words to use… their service to the community is beyond. A few weeks ago, my Cinnamon had multiple episodes of urinal blockage and I transferred him here from another clinic. Karina the manager… she was the one who connected me here from NYSave. She did all the magic and connected me with the right services and caring doctor Sola with a wonderful staff who went beyond for my cat. They performed magic because in less than a week, they brought my baby back from the brink of the rainbow bridge. They really taught me how to manage my cat’s symptoms and roughly three weeks later, my baby is almost back! We went to follow-ups and they consistently monitor his progress. I’ve been to a couple of clinics where it was a no-go in the past, but this is the only clinic that went beyond. This is the real deal! From the stellar receptionists, team of nurses, to the lovely manager Kari. They really love their profession! I will permanently move here for follow-ups. Their environment is warm and friendly and it really helps especially when you are in the waiting room. Excellent. I love the staff! Everyone is great. They really care about the animals. I always walk away feeling like I was heard, given solid advice and not pressured to do anything I am not comfortable with. Would highly recommend.

The team here, along with Dr. Sola have demonstrated time and time again that they live up to their name. They showed my baby girl so much care and compassion throughout her entire health journey, including her final moments. I would not have chosen any other vet to have guided us during our first euthanasia.
