My cat became ill already has Feline HIV running a sneezing, lethargic. I called told them my cat was very sick they were about to close. She placed me on hold came back told me bring cat. The cat had a respiratory infection and running a fever. She immediately gave pet an antibiotic shot after asking permission. I was very impressed with service and love to my cat. The cat is coming along slowly. I’m happy I got there before the weekend. I will follow up Monday. Five stars ⭐️

I took my male cat cootie here to get fixed as I had a voucher here from Lancaster animal shelter. We dropped him off and he was fine, workers were nice. For my last cat we took him to a pineville location and they were phenomenal on my cat that had urinary problems already. my mother went to pick him up at 3:30 and was told to wait to see the doctor. She then informed her that my cat died and he stopped breathing post opt. I was never called to let know of any complications or anything happening until my mother went to pick him up, which I think is absolutely crazy as I would have been there in a heartbeat. They blamed it on underlying conditions and said they weren’t sure what happened but after seeing all of these reviews of pets dying from “underlying conditions” it doesn’t make me feel too good. I don’t know who to believe, your pets mean the world to you, so please don’t take this as disrespectful if it was truly something underlying. But please be careful of where you take your pets, so it doesn’t end like this for you too.

We had our golden retriever spay here and everything went great, and the price was incredible. We’ve also had her physical there and the doctor was wonderful and now we receive our flea and tick medicine from them too. Highly recommend.
