I've used their services for a year for my 2 dogs. The service at the clinics is pleasant and fine. My biggest problem is placing orders for the preventative medicines. I have order 2 times on line. Each time I have to call them and leave multiple messages to follow up on the order. Either they don't ship it, or they ship it short. I always get a note that "more to follow". Then I have to keep calling to get them to ship the remainder. Most of the time I don't even get return calls. My 3rd time I tried calling and telling them I would like to pick it up at a clinic time. The woman said she would take the order over the phone and not charge me shipping. I agreed, and told her about issues before and she assured me it would get done. Well, a month later after they took my $100, I got 2 doses out of the 6, and I am still currently waiting for the remaing doses. The order was place February 7, 2019. I finally got a return call about 3 weeks after I placed the order, and advised her I had moved, she said she would mail the doses to my new address. It is now March 22 and I have yet to here back from my weekly voicemail I leave them, and haven't received the remaining doses. I will no longer use their services, but I demand to get what I paid for.

Went to one of there Mobil spots at a dog groomer on route 54 in Hudson on Jan 4 for flea meds for my cat and dog. Was told they didn't have it after I already paid , at that point I was told they would send it I would get it in about a week , waited 2 weeks didn't receive it so I called and left a message . So within three day I got a call back and was told it takes 2 weeks to receive my meds through the mail even though it's says 3 days on the answering machine. So at that point I was like OK what ever and that she said she would send it out that day . The was Jan 18th I still haven't received it and now I'm being ignored and not even getting call backs , it's now Feb 4 and still didn't receive any calls or product . I guess I'm not getting it . Be careful if they say they will mail it .

I have been trying for 2 months to reach these people. They only approved my pets for 6 months of heartworm and now my dogs are almost 2 months behind. Unfortunately, we will now have to pay more money to take them to another vet to be able to get their prescription. I'm frustrated and belive the company is a scam. NEVER use them. The first time we had to get them to approve it took almost 2-3 weeks to get through to them and it was only through email. No phone contact. I would not even give them a 1 star.

For 8 years, we’d been taking our 4 dogs to get their annual shots and heart worm tests and meds here. They had the best prices in town and saved us thousands over that time period. The vets and techs were always friendly and got us out quickly. Then Covid hit and they’ve disappeared. So sad, now I have to take my dogs to the regular vet, which costs more. Hope they get things back on track soon. On a personal note, some of the negative reviews here are ridiculous. We’re in a pandemic, people. That’s why they’re not responding. They’re closed!

We have gone to healthy pets for years, & I always was pleased. But now, I guess new management or something is going on. You NEVER get anyone to answer the phone, just a recording. It says they will call you back, they don’t. Clinics have been cancelled at the last minute with the recording saying they don’t know when or if it will be rescheduled. I hope they get their act together.
