From support through my dog’s cancer treatment to helping a kitty with chronic upper respiratory infections, they've always been helpful and responsive to my questions and medication needs. Have been with them for many, many years and don’t foresee changing. Thank you

Went to Dr. Jenny at Healthy Pet Vet Clinic. I had to put my cat down, and her and her team were so great. They were kind, empathetic, gentle, caring, and so supportive. I have never loved a clinic and veterinarian so much. I will be going there for all of my future vet needs. It is also a very reasonably priced place, 10/10 recommend.

I just moved home to Seattle after several years in Madison. Last week I accompanied my mom to our local vet to put down our family dog. The experience was rough and left me inspired to leave a review for my Madison vet. I kept rats for years and they were wonderful with them, especially when it came time to say goodbye. Just incredible sensitivity. They have a bereavement room that makes the experience so peaceful and much less clinical. And the staff is so thoughtful and patient and willing to hear you tell stories about your pet as you say goodbye... just a really stark contrast from my recent experience at another vet. Plus they sent out sympathy cards signed by the staff, which I always thought was a really classy move. I could not recommend them more highly. Some pictures of the old girl (Lola) and my best scraggly rat (Caiaphas) included for tax.

The Healthy Pet team has gone above and beyond to make sure my rats were well cared-for throughout the entire duration of their short lives. Everyone has always been friendly, helpful, honest, and made sure I knew my pets were in loving hands. From excitedly recognizing my girls, to birthday emails with cute pictures, to a card signed by the whole team after their passing, thank you for all that you do.

It's been a little over a year now since my experience and it's even now hard to put my emotions and thoughts into words. Please reconsider choosing this business, I have lost a healthy dog to a procedure that took place with "Healthy" Pet Vet. I'm still so lost and confused on what caused his life to end and all I got in response from this business an email asking us to not contact them anymore because it's "hard on them". I was reading through these reviews and seeing a lot of smart, snide comments from the business and I hope I don't receive one as well because I don't believe I can quite handle it properly. Yeti was my whole support for almost 11 years and they took him 2 months before his birthday. He didn't even get to see the snow that year. I know this is really long winded but I have to stress again please reconsider visiting this business. We are still paying off the expenses from the emergency vet visit after visiting "Healthy" pet vet. (Not like it was necessary or anything but they didn't even send a condolences card or anything after being the cause of death. The ER vet and even his food delivery company sent us something)
