Dr Zak and her staff treated me with kindness, empathy and professionalism. They took into account my concerns and (probably irrational) fears for my fur babies. I was very nervous about putting my dogs under anesthesia.They took the time to explain the procedures in detail and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. They treated my dogs gently when I dropped them off and gave me an immediate update when they were finished. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hamilton Plaza Animal Hospital to anyone who wants a kind, positive, professional environment for veterinary care!

My Girls love Dr. Zak an her Team are awesome! And we do too! They are very attentive to my 2 dogs. I love bringing them there for grooming they come home smelling so good and they are so loved there. Alright so I did rate with stars a few days ago, but I wanna update with my experience and words! I throughly enjoy this vet, they are super easy to work with. The consistency in kindness and information I get from everyone here is amazing. Taking an animal to the vet is always stressful for me, but they make it so much easier for my animals and myself. My dog, Elsa had a lump that needed ti be removed, and thankfully it's gone now. Her and I are cuddling as I type this, and she is healing well. Thank you for taking amazing care of my pupper! Photos of her sleeping and her in the cone are included. I really recommend this vet!

Your dog or cat will receive the utmost care and love at this veterinarian. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job grooming my dog and keeping him up to date with his shots.

We brought our new addition fur kitty here. Very nice staff, and the vet is caring and knowledgeable. We transferred our other cat here also. It's clean and professional, and they gave follow up service with a phone call. Excellent choice.

Yesterday (2/8) I had to take one of my “community cats” to get cleaned up after he came home with some pretty bad looking fighting wounds. This was one of the places suggested to me that could handle something like this and potentially get him neutered all at once. I am so beyond thankful for the staff for helping my sweet boy, Cheese! He may be a little skittish at times but he is a sweetheart and I’m so happy that they could fit him in their already busy Saturday. Words can’t express my gratitude for everyone at Hamilton Plaza!
